South Circuit + Skid Pan + Fig 8

Running Drift or Drive on the South circuit,
Skid pan and Figure 8 7pm to 11pm
South Circuit
Drift or Drive.
Is a mix of a drift day crossed with a drive day.
Laps of the south circuit.
No timing or competition.
Some cars will drive parts and drift parts.
Some cars just drift and some cars that will just drive.
There is no requirement that you must just drift or just drive.
The requirements are that you can stay on track.
You do not drive slowly, It is not a race but it is not a cruise.
You need to be moving and not slowing down in the corners to do power skids on the straights.
The south circuit is NOT a beginner or fist timers event.
This is for intermediate to advanced drifters and drivers.
If you can not stay on the track or look out of control you will be removed.
Cars will be released from pit lane in singles, pairs or groups pending what the entrants would like to do. With a gap between, pending the previously released cars or car.
Cars can drive or drift the South circuit. We hope to be able to drift the majority of the circuit.
No drift areas if any will be confirmed before entries open.
We will be running open pit lane doing laps no stopping on track.
Maximum entrant capacity is 45
The cost is $200 for the first 2 weeks until the 1st of March.
After the 1st of March, the price will go up to 250 for the south, if we have spots open.
If you enter for the South you can also go on the skid pan and figure 8.
Cars could be registered or unregistered as long as they comply with requirements.
Skid pan and figure 8 will run as normal
a) The maximum number of Driver entries for the wet pan is 32.
Max for the fig 8 is 28, you can swap and do some of both tracks.
b) Maximum number of Drivers per entrant is 2.
c) Entry fee $160.00 non-members, $120 for full(gold) members of Driving Sports or Initial Drift Australia
d) passengers $50
e) Opening date. TBC
f) Closing date – 10 th March 2022
g) Entries will be accepted in order of receipt, accompanied by the appropriate entry fee.
h) Bank Transfers being the primary method of payment. Or cash on the day
Note we will post a link when entries open.
When entries open please fill in the entry form and transfer a minimum of $50 to lock in your spot. Bank transfers will only be accepted up to Thursday the 10th March 2021
The remainder can be paid at the event
The Club has no facilities for Credit Card payments.

This event will be a Racers licenced event.
The RACERS Clubman licence fee is $75 for the annual and $30 for a single event.
The licence can be done online or at the event.
This event will be open for spectators
Spectators 10$ per person
5$ if you are a current Driving Sports or Initial Drift member and show your card
Kids Under 14 free with a paying adult
